A Note From Data Romance:
“Forgive me if this comes off sounding at all conceited, but I’m really proud of this record. We were able to take the time to record some truly amazing musicians on violin and cello, drums and percussion, harp, rhodes and organs, and a full choir in a church. On top of that we were able to have it all mixed by the amazing Michael Patterson who’s credits are staggering, but recently include the Social Network and GWTDT soundtrack. Finally the art was done by a team that have pioneered amazing visuals for Modeselektor and Moderat; the incredible PFADFINDEREI. Bands of our modest exposure typically don’t get to make records like this any more, and we’d like to thank our label SQE and Dine Alone Records for their unparalleled support. We are so happy to finally get this album out to you, and I think it’s our best work to date, but I guess I might be a little biased. Enjoy.”
