Our incredible evenings kicked off this past Thursday and Friday with the incredible Clara Bubenzer in the kitchen and our friends from The Winery of Good Hopehandling the pairing and it was a simply magical journey.
This week, we have the very talented and rather charming Nicolas Charambolouscooking up a storm in our kitchens and we couldn’t be more excited. Nicolas comes to us from Mondiall where he worked side-by-side with Peter Templehoff after receiving his Cordon Blue Grande Diploma and working his way up in the kitchens ofThe Cellars-Hohenort and The Greenhouse. Nic has prepared an absolutelyoutstanding 5-course menu with wines paired perfectly from Wilderkrans and we couldn’t be more excited for you to join us.
