With the imminent demise of the long standing and respected Burn nightclub, I thought it apt to bring some attention to this relatively new venue, reaching out to the target audience which would include anyone that enjoys live music, and a good crowd.

Ex-Pennywise frontman Jim Lindberg and the Riverboat Gamblers have joined forcer with German punk outfit Radio Havanna to record a cover of Operation Ivy’s song, “Knowledge.” All proceeds from the song go to Skate-aid, a nonprofit organization founded by German skateboard legend Titus Dittmann which aims to use skateboarding to help children in conflict areas such as Afghanistan and South Africa.
